The Faust family entrusted me with the creation of a one-of-a-kind oceanfront sanctuary—an expansive estate where endless sea views, sculpted light, and raw coastal beauty set the stage for an unforgettable retreat.

This project’s vision was deeply personal, design a destination that reunites a global family, a home where joy gathers effortlessly and where new stories become part of the landscape itself.

Faust Mansion was shaped to be both a refuge and an experience—a place where architecture elevates the spirit as much as it supports family life. Within the estate, intimate moments unfold in carefully curated environments: a tranquil pool touched by ocean breezes, a playful trampoline garden filled with laughter, and expansive dining spaces designed for long meals, celebrations, and connection.

Beyond its walls, the home opens seamlessly to the natural world. Conceived as a boutique family retreat, Faust Mansion encourages adventure—sunlit days on the beach, coastal hikes, picnics, and exploration of the region’s natural wonders—turning everyday moments into meaningful memories.

ArchiTechDesign managed the project end-to-end, securing all permits and local code updates within six months. Construction followed with exceptional efficiency, reaching completion just four months—from groundbreaking to handover.
